Creative Process
1 - Kickoff Meeting
Align objectives and understand the client's needs, audience, and vision.
2 - Creative Direction
Presentation of the creative mood board and shooting calendar.
3 - Pre-Production
Shot lists, locations, styling, talent, and logistics are planned in detail.
4 - Budgeting
A transparent budget covering creative fees, production costs, and licensing.
5 - First Adjudication
The project is confirmed with a 50% payment of the approved.
6 - Shooting Session
On-location photography and film production, executed to plan.
7 - Image Selection
The client reviews the edit and selects the final images.
8 - Second Adjudication
A further 25% of the budget is paid on approval of the selection.
9 - Post-Production
Colour grading, retouching, and editing to the Core Productions standard.
10 - Final Delivery
Delivery of the project with its licensing agreement, on budget and the final 25% payment.
Image Licensing Terms
1 – Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of Core Productions under the Portuguese Code of Copyright and Related Rights. The client receives a licence to use them, not ownership.
2 – Standard Licence
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, indefinite licence to promote the named property on its website, booking platforms, organic social media, brochures, and PR.
3 – Third Parties
The client may not share, sublicense, or transfer images to architects, designers, suppliers, agencies, or partners. Each third party licences directly from Core Productions.
4 – People in Images
Images showing identifiable people may only be used within the terms of their signed image release. Releases should be obtained by the client from their guests, staff, and commissioned models or actors.
5 - Payment & Law
The licence takes effect on full payment. Any use outside its terms is unlicensed.
This licence is governed by Portuguese law.
6 - Additional Use
Paid advertising, print and outdoor media, use for other properties, and exclusivity each require a separate licence, quoted per the Core Productions rate card.
7 - Alterations
Cropping and resizing are permitted. Retouching, composites, or AI-generated alterations require written approval from Core Productions.
8 - Credit & Portfolio
Editorial and press use carries the credit "Photo: Core Productions." Core Productions may use the images in its own portfolio and promotion.
